Gianluca Giampà is a labour law scholar based in Rome. His work focuses on the legal regulation of work in changing productive contexts, with particular attention to job duties, dismissal law, occupational safety, collective bargaining, platform work, and social protections.
He is a research fellow at Sapienza University of Rome, where he has also taught courses related to occupational safety and labour law. He obtained his Ph.D. in Labour Law from Sapienza and has been admitted as a lawyer to the Rome Bar.
